I earned my master's degree of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2010. I have worked as a speech therapist in multiple settings including early intervention, pediatric home health, nursing homes, hospitals, and with children in local schools.

​I founded Amelia Rose to address the need for truly individualized pediatric speech therapy in our community. I am passionate about helping my clients enhance their speech and language skills by fostering confidence and success in their lives. As a lifelong learner, I take pride in offering the best evidence-based treatment approaches. I enjoy building relationships with each child and their family to understand their unique hopes and needs, so together we can achieve amazing outcomes.

I am certified by the Florida Department of Health, and have a Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, certified lactation counselor, and received Beckman Oral Motor training. I specialize in treating children with speech sound disorders, language disorders, late talkers, social skills challenges, and lactation counseling.  

Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my family, at the movies, listening to audiobooks, on the beach, and playing with my dog-Emmy!
