Helpful Information

Billing & Insurance

Amelia Rose is an out-of-network provider. Payment is due after services are provided. A superbill will be given to you for evaluation/services provided. You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for out-of-network services.

**It is highly recommended that you check with your insurance company to determine what out-of-network speech services are included in your plan. A doctor's referral is usually not needed for an evaluation/services unless your insurance provider requires it for claim.

Some questions to ask your insurance if they allow superbills:

-Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet first?

-Do I have out-of-network speech therapy benefits?

-Am I eligible for full reimbursement of the speech services?

-Are there any specific conditions or requirements for coverage for Out-of-network speech therapy? (For example, do you need a referral from a primary care physician?)

HSA (health savings accounts) and FSA (flexible spending accounts) can also be used for direct payment. The card on file will be billed through the secure client portal, and you will receive an electronic invoice as receipt of payment.
